PURPOSE: An anti-cross buckle apparatus of rolling facility having threading function is provided to prevent damage of an anti-cross buckle roll arranged at the output side of final stand of rolling mill when performing threading operation by supporting the top end of strip threaded. CONSTITUTION: In an anti-cross buckle apparatus of rolling mill comprising a base(110) positioned at the output side of rolling mill stand and rotated up and down, and an anti-cross buckle roll(130) rotationally mounted on the base, the anti-cross buckle apparatus comprises an arm(44) vertically rotationally mounted on the base; a driving motor(32) for rotating the arm; first guiding roll(10) which is rotationally mounted on the arm, and on a plurality of points of a length direction of which magnets(12) for generating magnetism are formed continuously and circumferentially; second guiding roll(20) which is rotationally mounted on the base in such a way that the second guiding roll is in rear of the anti-cross buckle roll for a path of strip, and on a plurality of points of a length direction of which magnets(22) for generating magnetism are formed continuously and circumferentially; and a driving motor(60) for rotating the first guiding roll and the second guiding roll.
