<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional image of high precision. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray generator 44 and an X-ray detector 47 are provided in positions with a photographed object 49 held between, and the X-ray generator 44 and the X-ray detector 47 are rotated around the photographed object 49 as an axis. The photographed object 49 is irradiated with X-rays from the X-ray generator 44 to obtain an original image, and the three-dimensional image of the photographed body 49 is composed from the original image by calculation processing. A two-dimensional image is extracted from the three-dimensional image, and image processing is performed to the extracted two-dimensional image to reconstruct the three-dimensional image. When obtaining the three-dimensional image of the photographed object 49 obtained by irradiating the photographed object 49 with the X-rays from the X-ray generator 44, the X-ray generator 44 and the X-ray detector 47 are rotated while changing the irradiating direction of the X-rays irradiated from the X-ray generator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
