The method for the introducing of fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine's cylinder entails before injecting of fuel-gas mixture from a mixing chamber into a combustion chamber first injecting fuel from a fuel feed device into the mixing chamber and then introducing gas from the combustion chamber into the mixing chamber at a pressure which is higher than the injection pressure of the fuel feed device. Up to the injecting of the fuel-gas mixture into the combustion chamber the mixing chamber is kept sealed in such a way that the pressure level of the gas pipe from the combustion chamber to the mixing chamber is accumulated. An Independent claim is included for an internal combustion engine especially for a motor vehicle and in which fuel is introduced into the combustion chamber by the proposed method.
