PURPOSE: A top level domain system formed by numbers and a using method thereof are provided to make a number typed Internet terminal conveniently connect to the Internet and make non-English peoples conveniently connect to the Internet without using the English by forming a top level domain with the numbers. CONSTITUTION: An input key judger(720) judges that a word inputted to an Internet address column is a character, the number, or a special character. A numeric Internet address converter(750) converts the numeric Internet address into a domain by judging the numeric Internet address if the numbers and the '*' are inputted. An Internet telephone number converter(770) converts the numeric address into the domain after converting an Internet telephone number into the numeric Internet address. A database information changing menu(790) and a numeric Internet address/Internet telephone number database(780) set or change the information, the numeric Internet address, the Internet telephone number database information to a preset value.
