POLYPROPYLENE SPUNBOND NONWOVEN FABRIC WITH EXCELLENT ANTISTATIC PROPERTY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric which holds the water repellency intrinsic to the polypropylene, and involves excellent antistatic property. CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven web is formed with a filament where a polypropylene chip with a melt index MFR of 20-80g/10 minutes as a main material, and 1-5wt.% of a master batch chip with 30-85wt.% of TiO2 as a quencher are mixed, and melt-spun. An antistatic agent with nitrogenous and chlorine inorganic compound is attached to the surface of the nonwoven web by 0.1-5.0wt.%.
