PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling automatic air-conditioning of a vehicle are provided to easily maintain pleasant indoor environment in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A parking state detector(110) detects a parking state of a vehicle. A vehicle indoor temperature detector(120) is mounted in a room of the vehicle for detecting an indoor temperature of the vehicle. A mobile terminal(130) has a Bluetooth unit inside. An engine control unit(140) has another Bluetooth unit to communicate with the Bluetooth unit of the mobile terminal. The engine control unit analyzes signals inputted from the parking state detector and the vehicle indoor temperature detector. If the vehicle indoor temperature detected in a state that the vehicle is parked is higher than a set temperature, the engine control unit communicates with the mobile terminal through the Bluetooth units. If a position of the mobile terminal is within a set position area, the engine control unit generates an indoor temperature cooling control signal for the vehicle. A vehicle indoor temperature cooling driving unit(150) is driven by the indoor temperature cooling control signal for controlling indoor temperature cooling.
