PURPOSE: A ceramic roll for high temperature furnace is provided which improves durability of the roll and enables high speed rotation of the roll by improving impact resistance of the roll and preventing damage of the roll. CONSTITUTION: In a ceramic roll(10) for supporting a strip transferred in a high temperature furnace, the ceramic roll for the high temperature furnace comprises a ceramic sleeve(12) for supporting the strip; first supporting shaft part(14) pressed and closely adhered to one side end of the ceramic sleeve to axially support and rotate the ceramic sleeve; and second supporting shaft part(16) pressed and closely adhered to the other side end of the ceramic sleeve to axially support and rotate the ceramic sleeve, wherein an inclination plane(22b) is formed at both ends of the ceramic sleeve, and an opposite inclination plane(34a) closely adhered to the inclination plane of the ceramic sleeve is formed at the first and second supporting shaft parts, wherein the first supporting shaft part comprises shaft(32), slider(34), spring(36) and stopper(38), wherein the second supporting shaft part comprises shaft(62), and a fixed pipe(66) fixed to the shaft by fixing bolt(64) and equipped with an opposite inclination plane(66a) closely adhered to the inclination plane(22b) in such a way that a guide part(66c) for guiding the ceramic sleeve is formed in front of the opposite inclination plane, wherein the stopper comprises bush(52), and nut(54), and wherein the ceramic sleeve comprises ceramic pipe(22), inner tube(24) and inserting material(26).
