PURPOSE: A center console box of a vehicle is provided to prevent small articles from shaking by supporting upper and lower portions of articles with an armrest and a support plate. CONSTITUTION: A tray(2) is installed to a console body(1). A bottom of the tray forms an open portion(3). An armrest(5) is installed to an upper portion of the tray. A support plate(8) supports the open portion. A belt(11) is wound to a roller(12,12') supporting both sides of the tray. The belt supports a lower surface of the support plate and. A spring(14,14') is connected to the roller and the console body. Thereby, upper and lower portions of articles are supported by the armrest and the support plate by supporting the support plate lifting with the belt to the open portion. Consequently, articles are prevented from shaking and damaging.
