PURPOSE: An ARS(Audio Response System) based on personal credit evaluation is provided to restrict the usage of a 700 ARS service for a user, whose credit status is bad, by estimating a 700 ARS service requester's personal credit from the personal information collected by a credit information company and stored in a database. CONSTITUTION: A personal credit evaluation server comprises a credit evaluation request information receiving part(610), a credit evaluation processing part(620), a validity information transmitting part(630), a password processing part(640), and an environment setup part(650). The credit evaluation request information receiving part(610) receives credit evaluation request information, containing personal identification information inputted by a 700 ARS service user, from a 700 service management CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) machine. The credit evaluation processing part(620) searches a personal information database(800) and estimates whether the 700 ARS service user corresponding to the personal identification information contained in the received credit evaluation request information is valid for a 700 ARS service. The validity information transmitting part(630) transmits the 700 ARS service validity information, estimated by the credit evaluation processing part(620), to the 700 service management CTI machine. The password processing part(640) decodes the encrypted personal identification information received by the credit evaluation request information receiving part(610).
