PURPOSE: A hot mat with a simplified structure is provided to emit far-infrared rays and thus, to generate thermotherapy and acupressure effects to spine and neck areas of a user lying on the mat. CONSTITUTION: The hot mat includes a main body of the mat; a first guide rail; a moving body(20) that moves along the direction of the mat; a moving body conveyor; a second guide rail installed nearby the inside of the first guide rail; a support plate(31) moving along the second guide rail; and a heating unit(30) having a plurality of hot assembling pieces(32) fixed to the upper part of the support plate(31) in the width direction of the mat. The hot assembling piece(32) includes a bracket(32a), ceramics(32b) rotatably fixed at the bracket(32a), and a lamp inside of the ceramics(32b).
