PURPOSE:To easily obtain a molded polypropylene resin foam with excellent electric conductivity and fusibililty and a low shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:Foamed electric conductive polypropylene resin particles are produced by foaming polypropylene resin particles comprising less than 90wt.% polypropylene random copolymer, 10-20wt.% furnace black, and 5wt.% or lower (except 0wt.%) metal salt and/or amide of a higher fatty acid under such conditions that the resulting foam particles contain secondary crystals having a heat of fusion (by differential scanning calorimetry) of 1-15J/g. The foamed particles are bonded to each other in a mold to give an in-mold molded item. |
