PURPOSE: To perform no filter process when the result of a filter process is already known before calculation by calculating an output area from the position of a given output position when the values of the position of an input point and the position of an output point, and dividing the calculated output area into areas for the filter process and an initializing process. CONSTITUTION: The area where the input point exist is calculated from the position of the input point (S11) and the area where the output point is present is calculated (S12). Then, an input data generation area is calculated by adding filter width to the calculated input area (S13). Then, the calculated output area is divided into the area (S17) for which the filter process is to be performed and the area (S18) for which the initialization is to be performed (S18). The filter process and initialization are performed for the output points in those areas. Consequently, when the result of the filter process is known before the calculation, the filter process is not performed to shorten the process time. |
