PURPOSE: A method for machining vane slots of a compressor is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and quickly form the vane slots by improving the method for machining the vane slots formed at upper and lower bearings. CONSTITUTION: A method for machining vane slots of a compressor comprises the steps of: drilling holes(145,155) in upper and lower bearings(140,150) respectively; forming long through holes(146,156) with an end mill, and connecting the long through holes to the holes respectively; grinding the long through holes; and inserting coupling members into the holes and forming vane slots for guiding vanes.
