FIELD: building materials industry; production of cellular foamed concrete. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with production of cellular building materials and may be used for production of the heat-insulating-constructional and heat-insulating materials at manufacturing elements of buildings and structures in industrial and civil engineering. Technical result is improvement of physical and mechanical characteristics of the material, an opportunity to produce the heat insulating materials with the stable design densities in the range of 300 up to 800 kg / m cu, decreased time of the mixture preparation, decrease of power consumption, an opportunity of utilization of soluble silicate from microsilicon earth with silica module from 2 up to 4, an opportunity of utilization of microsilicon earth - a crystalline silicium production waste, decrease of price of production. The raw mixture for preparation of the foamed concrete, including a weak soda glass, a siliceous component, a frothing agent, a hardener - sodium fluosilicate and water, contains a weak soda glass from microsilicon earth with silica module of 2 up to 4 and a density 1.35 - 1.45 g / cm cu. In the capacity of a siliceous component they use microsilicon earth - a waste of crystalline silicium production; in the capacity of a frothing agent - a technical soap "Taiga" with addition of a lump quicklime at the following ratio of components, (in mass %): the indicated soluble silicate 59.52 - 68.44, microsilicon earth 17.86 - 20.53, a technical soap "Taiga" - 0.10 - 0.71, sodium fluosilicate - 5.95 - 6.84, lump quicklime - 1.79 - 2.05, water - 2.04 - 14.17. EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical characteristics of the material, produced the heat insulating materials with the stable design densities, decreased power consumption and time of the mixture preparation, utilization of a crystalline silicium production waste - microsilicon earth. 2 tbl |
