PURPOSE: A PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) building an RF module therein is provided to build an RF module for connecting with a mobile phone network therein, and to directly transceive audio data and voice data with an audio CODEC through an interface, thereby minimizing deterioration of CPU performance. CONSTITUTION: An RF module(25) performs a phone function. An audio CODEC(10) converts a voice signal of a user received through a microphone(MIC) into audio data, and directly outputs the audio data to the RF module(25). The RF module(25) converts the audio data into voice data, and wirelessly delivers the voice data to a mobile phone network. The RF module(25) directly outputs voice data received through the mobile phone network to the audio CODEC(10). The audio CODEC(10) converts the voice data outputted from the RF module(25) into an audio signal, outputs the audio signal as a sound, or outputs the audio signal through an earphone jack.
