VOLTAGE CONTROLLER OF STATIC COMPENSATOR

PURPOSE: A voltage controller of a static compensator is provided to supply the stable power to a user and increase a utilization efficiency by controlling a system voltage of a power system. CONSTITUTION: A voltage controller of a static compensator includes a voltage command following unit and a drop controller. The voltage command following unit(331) includes a low pass filter(313) and a control signal limiter(314) to maintain a same characteristic for a variation of system voltages. The low pass filter is used for generating a same characteristic voltage control signal in a controlling process. The control signal limiter is used for performing a rapid control operation using a feedforward by defining a following limit in a system error. The drop controller(332) is formed with a PI controller(311), a drop controller(312), and a Qref(Qref) for supply the ineffective power to sustain a voltage control characteristic.
