PURPOSE: A tamper-evident dispenser bottle is provided to effectively store and distribute the flexible materials, like powder, and also to offer the good security characteristic for a child protection and/or tamper evidence to the customer. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser bottle(10) for selectively distributing the contained flexible materials, includes: a bottle portion(12), having an outlet, through which the flexible materials pass, when distributed from the dispenser bottle(10); a cap(14), having many cap holes(16) within, and rotating around the outlet between an opening position and a closing position to cover the latter; a cap-holding member, for covering the outlet not only at the closing position but also at the opening position; and a cap locking member, attached to more than one of the cap(14) and the bottle portion(12), so as to have a locking position for preventing the rotation of the cap(14) around the outlet and a unlocking position for releasing the rotation thereof.
