PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for producing environment-friendly blocks for public works by forming a refractory layer on the surface of crushed stone, forming the stones into a block, applying a glaze, and drying, followed by calcination. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the environment-friendly blocks for public works includes (100) wetting the outer surface of crushed stones(11) from a stone pit, (200) applying a refractory agent in the form of powder on the surface of the wet stones to form a refractory layer(12a), (300) repeating the steps (100) and (200) more than once and pressing the stones in a mold(310) to form blocks(10) with a predetermined size, (400) applying a glaze on the blocks(10) after drying, and (500) calcining the blocks(10) after drying. The crushed stones have a size of 20 to 25 mm. |
