PURPOSE: A brake drum having an air guide is provided to remove foreign materials in the drum by flowing air into the drum in traveling without a compressing system, to smoothly radiate the brake drum, to cut off the generation of noise caused by foreign materials in operating a brake, and to prevent the loss of braking performance caused by overheating by the smooth radiation of the drum. CONSTITUTION: A brake drum having an air guide is composed of at least one air inlet(122) for flowing air from the outside of the drum into the drum; an air guide(200) for regulating the amount of air flowed into the air inlet; and an air guide supporting bar(300) installed to the side of the air inlet to prevent the air guide from being opened over a predetermined range. The air inlet is drilled through one end of an air inflow passage(120) to flow in air in rotating the drum by communicating the outside and inside of the drum and the size and shape of the air inlet are properly designed in a range not reducing the strength of the drum.
