AIRCRAFT WARNING SPHERE FOR OVERHEAD LINE

PURPOSE: An aircraft warning sphere for overhead line is provided to reduce the drag force by arranging four circular projection gratings in a predetermined interval on an outer surface of the aircraft warning sphere. CONSTITUTION: An aircraft warning sphere for overhead line is installed on an overhead ground line of an overhead transmission line system. A plurality of circular projection gratings(820,830) are formed on a surface of the overhead ground line. The diameter of the projection gratings(820,830) is less than 5mm. The circular projection gratings are arranged on the longest circumference of an aircraft warning sphere(810). An angle between the projection gratings arranged on a meridian of the aircraft warning sphere(810) is decided within 60 degrees.
