PURPOSE: An apparatus for loading hoop coil of coiler is provided to separate and extract the hoop coil from pay off reel of the coiler so that the hoop coil is safely moved by crane. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an extraction part comprising a supporting bracket(10) extended to the side of housing(100) of coiler, a rail member(11) installed at the front end of the supporting bracket in a length direction of pay off reel(102), a moving member(12) slidingly installed at the rail member, a driving cylinder(13) installed at the rail member and connected to the moving member to move the moving member, an operating cylinder(14) installed at the moving member and directed to the pay off reel, a fork member(15) which is installed at the front end of piston rod of the operating cylinder, and on which front end opened horizontal slit(16) and vertical slit(17) are formed to hold the hoop coil coiled on the pay off reel, and a clamping means installed at a lower part of the fork member to clamp or unclamp a lower part of the hoop coil inserted into the vertical slit; and a loading means installed at a coil car(50) on which hoop coils are loaded to separately load the hoop coils extracted by the extraction part, wherein the clamping means comprises clamp cylinders(20) and supporting bar, and wherein the loading means comprises a plurality of guide frames(52), lift member(53), vertical cylinder(54) and resting member(55).
