MAGNETO RHEOLOGICAL FLUID FOR BUFFERING IMPACT AND VIBRATION AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A magneto rheological fluid having buffering impact and vibration and a fabricating method thereof are provided to reduce a cost for fabricating the magneto rheological fluid having the internal pressure of 60kg/cm¬2 by obtaining Fe-Co magnetic powders from pickling waste liquor. CONSTITUTION: A magneto rheological fluid having buffering impact and vibration includes Fe-Co magnetic powders having the diameter of 0.03 to 5 micro meters and hydrocarbon oil solvent. The content of the Fe-Co magnetic powders is 50 to 90 weight percent within the magneto rheological fluid. The maximum degree of the internal pressure of the magneto rheological fluid is 60kg/cm¬2 in the magnetic field.
