PYRAZOLE-4-ALKANOATE DERIVATIVES INHIBITING CYCLOOXYGENASE AND 5-LIPOXYGENASE
摘要
<p>A pyrazole-4-alkanoate derivative represented by the following general formula (I): wherein each substituent is as defined in claim 1; a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and a medicinal composition containing the derivative. Because of inhibiting the production of both of prostaglandin and leukotriene at the same time, the above derivative is useful as an antirheumatoid drug, an antiinflammtory drug or an analgesic drug.</p>
