The input signal enters a frequency modulation-selection filter (1) connected to a demodulator (2) which is connected to a stereo decoder (3). Demodulated signals are also sent to a neighboring channel detector (4), a frequency increase detector (6) and an additional channel detector (7) which are connected to a control circuit (5). The control circuit sends channel separation information signals (KS) to the stereo decoder and filter bandwidth information (FS) to the frequency modulation-selection filter.
