The reclosable cap (20), designed to fit onto a support (10) with an aperture (14) fixed to the wall (4) of a sealed container (1) and equipped with an inner tubular cutter (24) with teeth (28) to cut open a seal (6), has a pourer (42) formed by the edge of the support and a flow regulator (70) inside the cutter. The cap and support have interacting surfaces that cause the cutter to be deployed and rotated to cut through the seal and allow the product to be poured when the cap is removed. The flow regulator consists of a solid disc (74) connected to the inner surface of the cutter by branches with gaps (78) between them; in variants the disc can be replaced by a sphere, ring or mesh. The support, cutter and flow regulator are injection-moulded together from a plastic material.
