The screw includes an annular projection (11) extending radially from between a head (7) and a threaded section (3). The projection has a lower face (13) with two zones (17,19). One of the zones is radially nearest the longitudinal axis (1) of the screw as well as the screw upper extremity (9). The other zone is located radially away from the longitudinal axis. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a procedure of fabricating a screw; and (2) a use of a screw.
