CUTTER BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin cutter blade which can carry out deep cutting and can reduce noise by suppressing vibration in cut-off operation. SOLUTION: The cutter blade 1 which comprises a disk shape base metal 3 having a mounting hole 2 at the center thereof and a blade 5 arranged at the peripheral part of the base metal 3, has a boss 4 provided on the peripheral part of the mounting hole 2 on at least one side face of the base metal 3. The boss 4 is formed by connecting an annular plate material 6 to the side of the base metal 3 with a metal having a low melting point. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
