PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved retaining wall including a module block, and a reinforcement element working with the module block and extended to a soil structure or between particle materials. SOLUTION: A stabilizing element 42 used in combination with a wall element for stabilizing the mountain, includes first and second metallic tension members laterally separated from each other and longitudinally extended, and a plurality of metallic cross members longitudinally separated from each other for connecting the first and second tension members and retaining their lateral interval. The first and second tension members and the plurality of cross members configurate the ladder-like shape, and the stabilizing element further includes a connecting means connecting the stabilizing element to the wall element, and being engaged with a pin, a rod, a bar or a rib mounted on the wall element and vertically extended.
