An injection charging roller (220) of a cleanerless toner cartridge, is replaced with a primary charge roller (203) of small diameter. The excess toner removed from an organic photoconductive drum (201) by an added cleaning blade (230), is injected into a waste hopper (225) that utilizes the space remaining after the replacement of the injection charging roller. The conductive toner is replaced with magnetic toner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) laser printer; and (2) recycled toner cartridge.
