<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having excellent moldability and reduced in the irregularity of thickness accuracy, warpage or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The prepreg 2 supplied from a prepreg supply part 1 is vertically transferred by a feed roll while preheated in a preheating part 7. Further, a metal foil 4 having a pressure-senstive adhesive resin layer is supplied from a metal foil supply part 3 by a feed roll. The metal foil 4 having the pressure-senstive adhesive resin layer is passed through the nip between rolls 5 of which the surfaces are formed of an elastic material to be joined. The joined laminated sheet is post-heated in a post-heating part 8 and, after the curing of the laminated sheet is accelerated by a baking roll 9, the laminated sheet is further continuously passed through a curing oven 10 while tensioned by pinch rolls 11 provided before and behing the curing oven 10 to be accelerated in curing and the cured laminated sheet is transferred to a taking-up part 6 by a feed roll.
