PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow material unit capable of simply and strongly mounting connecting reinforcing bars to hollow material bodies. SOLUTION: The hollow material unit 13 is so constituted that the hollow material bodies 6 fitting upper hollow materials 15 to lower hollow materials 9 are connected with connecting members 8 at proper intervals and that connecting reinforcing materials 5 are held over fitting sections of the upper hollow materials 15 and the lower hollow materials 9 of the hollow material bodies 6, and reinforcing members 7a and 9a are formed over opposite surfaces in hollow sections of upper hollow materials 7 and/or the lower hollow materials 9.
