PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working unit capable of performing replacement work in a constantly stable state without receiving the influence of strong wind. SOLUTION: A unit frame body 21 has a plurality of vertically extending supports 22 and a plurality of horizontally extending beams 23 connected to the vertical support 22 and arranged outside a building. Guide members 54 are disposed inside the unit frame body 21 and provided with vertical members connected to the vertical support 22 to be vertically movable. A drive structure 70 vertically moves the guide members 54 relative to the unit frame body 21. A plurality of fastening means are provided in the vertical supports 22 and the guide members 54 and detachably fastened to the frame body of the building. Scaffold board support beams 32 are horizontally projected in the vertical support 22 toward the building.
