PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum drawn-and-ironing can with an inner surface covered with a resin, which is excellent in corrosion resistance and adhesion by working. SOLUTION: This aluminum drawn-and-ironing can with the inner surface covered with the resin is characterized as follows: a phosphoric chromate-treated film, wherein the total quantity of chromium is 5-40 mg/m<SP>2</SP>, is formed on an aluminum plate on a side serving as the inner surface of the can; a phosphoric chromate-treated film, wherein the total quantity of chromium is 8 mg/m<SP>2</SP>or less, is formed on an aluminum plate on a side serving as an outer surface of the can; the side serving as the inner surface of the can is covered with a saturated polyester resin film; and a cup is formed by blanking and ironing; and redrawing and reironing are performed after a part, near the opening end of the can, of a side wall part of the cup is heat-treated at a temperature of Tg to (Tm+50)°C so that the resin film can be fused on the aluminum plate.
