<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service support system and a customer service support method which enable a flexible customer service to be offered according to a customer's situation. <P>SOLUTION: The customer service support system has a customer service support server 1, a customer service support database 2 and a terminal 4, for a card company, connected through a communication network 3. In the customer service support database 2, customer information, card use information, two or more pieces of customer service information and two or more pieces of segment information are stored. A processing control part 12 of the customer service support server 1 forms two or more groups according to an instruction of a person, in charge of the card company, who operates the terminal 4 for the card company, and selects the customer service for a predetermined group. Then, the processing control part 12 identifies a group to which the customer corresponds, and transmits, to the predetermined terminal 4 for the card company which offers the customer service, information indicating that the customer service is offered to the customer who has been classified into the identified group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
