PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the pixel array of an image sensor, the image sensor using the same and a flicker noise eliminating method of the image sensor which detect and eliminate the flicker noise. SOLUTION: The pixel array of an image sensor is provided with: a pixel group for detecting an image signal having N×M (N and M are natural numbers) unit pixels; and flicker noise detecting pixel columns which are arrayed in the ends of rows of the pixel group in order to detect the average luminance of the constitutive pixel rows.
