PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely distribute and acquire equipment management information for managing information equipment to the equipment itself. SOLUTION: An authentication key pair is generated by an initial setting part (1), a public key of an equipment management apparatus encrypts equipment information of the relevant equipment (equipment intrinsic information containing information for confirming propriety and information for connection to equipment) and a public key for authentication of the relevant equipment (2), and the encrypted information based on a location of equipment management apparatus information is connected to the equipment management apparatus and sent (3). On the side of the equipment management apparatus, the information from the equipment is received (4), the received information is decrypted by a private key (5), the equipment information is confirmed (authenticated) (6), and the equipment (such as the information for the connection) is newly registered (7).
