PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of reducing the number of positive electrode terminal parts. SOLUTION: This organic EL panel 11 is composed by forming, on a substrate 12, a layered product 13 having at least a first electrode 14, a luminescent layer 16a and a second electrode 17. The first electrode 14 has: a first display segment part 14a; a first lead part 14b continuing to the segment part 14a; a second display segment part 14d; a second lead part 14e continuing to the segment part 14d; and a third display segment part 14g. The second electrode 17 has: at least a negative electrode part 17a formed at a position facing to the segment part 14a, the segment part 14d and the segment part 14g; and a connection part 17b for electrically connecting the segment part 14d to the segment part 14g.
