PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water type radiation heating device with fan capable of improving the rising of room temperature, particularly, in an operation mode of middle operation or weak operation. SOLUTION: This device has temperature detection sensors 13 and 14 for detecting the present temperature such as indoor temperature or hot water temperature; a change-over switch for setting the operation mode such as strong operation, middle operation, or weak operation; and a control device for controlling an opening and closing valve 11 for controlling the supply of hot water from a heat source machine according to the present temperature detected by the temperature sensor 13 and the set temperature in each operation mode to adjust the flow rate of the hot water carried in first and second heat exchangers 5 and 8. The control device continuously opens the opening and closing valve 11 and also performs a starting operation control, for a prescribed time from the beginning of operation start in each operation mode, so as to operate a blower 9 to blow air from a hot air outlet port 3.
