PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processes in mounting a seat in a vehicle body while holding advantages of lowering the front part of a seating part of a seat in a seat structure of a vehicle when operating a back rest part of the seat to take a falling posture. SOLUTION: A mounting member 36 of the back rest part 32 of the sheet is mounted on a rear part of a supporting member 6, and an end of a supporting arm 27 is rotatably engaged and held by a coupling part 38. When the back rest part 32 of the sheet is operated to take a standing posture, the seating part 18 of the seat moves in the front, and rear direction and the supporting arm 27 is erected to raise the front part of the seating part 18 of the seat. When the back rest part 32 of the seat is operated to take the falling posture, the seating part 18 of the seat moves in the front and rear direction of the vehicle body by the supporting frame 20 and the supporting arm 27 falls to lower the front part of the seating part 18 of the seat.
