METHOD FOR PREPARING DNA CHIP AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a DNA chip and the use thereof are provided, thereby improving the detection sensitivity because a larger amount of fluorescent material is hybridized with a double stranded probe used in this method than a single stranded probe used in conventional methods. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a DNA chip comprises the steps of: cloning DNA to be micro-arrayed on a slide into a vector; transforming a host cell such as Escherichia coli with the vector containing the DNA to be micro-arrayed; culturing the transformed host cell; isolating the vector; PCR amplifying the DNA to be micro-arrayed using a specific primer; and micro-arraying the amplified DNA on the slide, wherein the DNA to be micro-arrayed on the slide comprises a nucleotide sequence specific to the HPV(human papilloma virus) genotype.
