<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger turning exercise aid which allows a beginner or an aged person to learn finger turning exercise, and also which is carried around by being fitted to fingers. <P>SOLUTION: Two finger rings are connected at a rotary shaft, and a finger ring part includes: separation parts; and projections on the inner side surface of each ring, in the finger ring shape aid for finger turning exercise. The aid is fitted to the left and right fingers for forcible rotation. Thus, the proper finger turning exercise is effectively, promptly and automatically learned.
