<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate data transfer between a plurality of processing parts in a printing data generator utilizing the cooperative processing of the plurality of processing parts. <P>SOLUTION: A computer PC is the printing data generator. An image processing processor 110 generates image data indicating the image of a printing object on the basis of an XHTML file or the like. A printing processing processor 210 generates printing data on the basis of the generated image data and makes a printer PT perform printing. The image data are transferred through a buffer 300.
