PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for electric power which prevents the cracking of a resin case upon clamping a bolt and realizes the miniaturization of the case. SOLUTION: Polygonal nuts 5 arranged so as to be neighbored on the rear surface of an external wiring connecting end side 4 for a main circuit terminals are inserted into nut inserting holes 6 formed on the resin case 1, and the polygonal nuts 5 are retained so that the inner circumferential surfaces 6a of the nut inserting holes 6 are neighbored and opposed to the outer circumferential surfaces 5a of the polygonal nuts 5. Round-shape notch recesses 6b are formed at positions opposed to the corners 5b of the polygonal nuts in the inner circumferential parts of the nut inserting holes 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
