PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for manufacturing polyurethane foam in a continuous type slab stock foaming process, and an apparatus for manufacturing foam in such a method. SOLUTION: The height of a mixture forming the foam along conveyers is measured, a revised variable as the function of a deviation of a practical height rising from a standard height is searched for, and the foam is manufactured while adjusting based on the revised variable in the continuous block foam foaming process.
