PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of part items of a cooling module. SOLUTION: A radiator 3 is directly connected to a part of a condenser 2, and a fan shroud 4 is fixed to the radiator 3 and the condenser 2 so that the fan shroud 4 rides over a connection part of the radiator 3 to the condenser 2. With this structure, since a separate connecting member for connecting the radiator 3 to the condenser 2 is unnecessary, the number of part items of the cooling module 1 can be reduced to reduce the manufacturing cost. In upside view, a closed structure is formed by connecting the radiator 3→the condenser 2→the fan shroud 4→the radiator 3 in this order, and the radiator 3, the condenser 2 and the fan shroud 4 can be strongly unified to improve mechanical strength of the cooling module 1.
