INFORMATION CONVERSION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information conversion system capable of easily converting content information having image information and link-containing information on the basis of image display information. SOLUTION: A user accesses prescribed contents by utilizing a portable telephone 9 and a proxy server 3 which receives access from the user acquires the contents held in a WWW server 7. An information converter 5 determines the model of the portable telephone 9 from which the access is received and the information converter 5 converts the contents acquired from the WWW server 7 on the basis of the model of the portable telephone 9. The proxy server 3 transmits the contents (converted contents) converted by the information converter 5 to the portable telephone 9 and the portable telephone 9 displays the converted contents. Thus, the conversion of the contents corresponding to the model of the portable telephone 9 is easily performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
