PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to attain light control function and heat ray shielding function without specially changing the constitution of a conventional light control window. SOLUTION: An interlayer film and a liquid crystal light control element are inserted between two pieces of glass plates and a heat ray shielding fine particles are dispersed and blended in the interlayer film. It is preferable that the visual ray transmittance T<SB>v</SB>and the scattering transmittance T<SB>d</SB>of the light control window have a combination in a specific range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
