PURPOSE: A device for regulating the position of a safety belt is provided to form a contact part of the belt on the chest of a person in wearing the safety belt and make persons stably put on the safety belt without the physical conditions of the persons by regulating the length and height of a starting point of a diagonal belt. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for regulating the position of a safety belt(10,11) is composed of a case(210); a supporting member(220) facing the inner side of the case in the case and pushing and fixing the safety belt passing between the case and the supporting member; and a pressurizing device for regulating the position of the supporting member. The pressurizing device comprises position regulating grooves formed at the other side of the supporting member at predetermined intervals; a position regulating projection formed in a shape and interval corresponding to the position regulating groove; and a pair of plate-shape elastic members of which one end is protruded out of the case, elastically supported by an elastic member between the other ends arranged in the center.
