<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the display of modification work progress statuses of ATMs installed throughout the country on a browser on a PC, and to permit an access from respective divisions of a company simultaneously, quantitatively and accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A work progress management system uses a Web application for an intranet composed of a plurality of dispatching bases 2 having responsibility on a plurality of work sites (in customers's stores) 1 and a supervisory division 3 for controlling the whole, and manages the modification work progress statuses of ATMs installed throughout the country. Each dispatching base 2 receives work progress information from each of the work sites, inputs and transmits the information to the supervisory division 3, which stores the received work progress information every time it is received, adds up the information at every predetermined time, calculates/edits, and produces a store list, the lists of work progress statuses of the dispatching bases/areas/the whole, a list of overall work progress status transition, and the like, permitting the display of them on the browsers on the PCs 10, 13, 15 of respective divisions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
