摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure a clearance necessary in an assembling state by alleviating the management of a dimensional tolerance at a part level by managing the clearance between parts at the assembling step of an actuator. SOLUTION: The actuator includes a movable element 1, stator electrode plates 3, 4, and a stator frame 2 having openings 2a, 2b in which the element 1 can be inserted and a stator electrode plate can be inserted. The method for assembling the actuator includes steps of fixing the plate 4 to the opening 2b of the frame 2, inserting the element 1 into the frame 2 from the opening 2a, thereafter making the plate 3 abut on the element 1 by inserting the plate 3 from the opening 2a into the frame 2, separating the plate 3 from the element 1 at a distance (c) corresponding to a predetermined clearance with the position of the abutment as a reference, and fixing the plate 3 to the frame 2 at the separate position.
